Expansion of Mano Sankalpa Special School for Mentally Handicapped

Currently Mano Sankalpa Special for Mentally Handicapped is serving 12 special children having various mental disabilities at free of cost. We have finished 2 years of service successfully and planning to expand quickly from 2010 new academic year(starting from June 2010). Planning to shift into new premises with better infrastructure and transportation so that we can give more quality services for current and more special children. As a charity organization, we are extremely commited towards this service with no looking back and very welcome to any individual who may want give a helping hand in serving.

6th Regional Parents Meet 2009 for parents of mentally retardation

Parivaar, Parivaar CCH and NIMH has jointly conducted 6th regional parents meet 2009 for parents of children with mental retardation, autism, cerebral palsy and multiple disabilities. Special teachers from Mano Sankalpa Special school for mentally handicapped has also participated in this event as the school is also a member of Parivaar. This event happened from 5th December to 6th December 2009 in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, India. The main theme of this event was for "Creating possibilities for an inclusive society". It was led by Sr. B. Ramajoga Rao, President of Parivaar CCH.
